We firmly believe in and stand behind our online games & adventures, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time, depending on circumstances and unforeseen issues. We are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 30 days of your original purchase, provided the terms & conditions were agreed to prior to purchase.
Before requesting a refund, please allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you’ve been experiencing by opening a support ticket. We may be able to resolve your issues and also offer you a new game at no cost to yourself.
A few crucial points:
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you first.
- Wherein a refund applies to a game experience, any issues raised must lie exclusively within the game software and must be reliably replicable on an up-to-date browser, without add-ons, on a desktop computer (handheld devices & tablets not accepted).
- We cannot issue a refund for a game that has been completed.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we deem it necessary.
- We cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
